I designed this for my  Client to be happy and This will definitely be lifetime experience for anyone never been to Ethiopia. Omo Valley cultural expedition allows guests to immerse themselves into the most authentic lifestyles you would imagine in 21th century. Ethiopia is a very diversified nation with over 80 indigenous ethnicities living in harmony for over millennia. Omo valley is a perfect place for cultural enthusiast people where you can enjoy firsthand experience of the famous Mursi people – known for their women lip-piercing, Hamer who are also known for their elaborate hairdressing and evangadi dance after a successful ‘Bull-jumping’ ceremony, Nnagathom who lives at the bank of Omo River are known for unbelievable amount of embroideries. This tour combines several tribes and the beautiful nature they settle. Weekly market days and surprise festival will add exceptional feelings to the overall experience. We customize the tour based on the interest and time of our guests and are open for slight improvisation to satisfy your interest. We are certain you will return home with a complete humbleness and great thoughts after spending couple of days in Omo Valley.

Day 1: Addis – Jinka

Fly from Addis to Jinka, Continue driving to Turmi for your introduction of Hamer people, walk through their garden and neighborhood.
Overnight: Turmi

Day 2: Ngangathom and Dassenech people

Excursions to Ngangathom and Dassenech people who are both living around the river but quite in distance. Full day spent visiting these two different ethnicities and then possibly attend some ceremonies ( depending on the dates)
Overnight: Turmi

Day 3: Mursi

Visit Karo ( or Weekly tribal Market ) in the morning and then drive to Jinka where you can visit a museum that narrates Omo valley people and their settlements.
Overnight: Jinka

Day 4: Visit Mago National Park

Visit the park and mursi people in early morning , Mursi ladies are one of the most recognizable women for their lip- plates inserting. After, walking around their village, drive back to Jinka for lunch and take the plane back to Addis Ababa. Late afternoon, free time for shopping or short walk in Addis before going to one of the known cultural Restaurant for live music and dance.

Price Includes: Vehicle with Fuel (gasoline), private driver,tour guide, All Entrance (Admission) fees, Hotel/Airport pick up and drop offs, Local family visits and lunch (home cooked Ethiopian food), Ethiopian Traditional Coffee Ceremony Experience, Local snacks and bottled water, Tea/Coffee, and all applicable taxes.
