Lalibela and Omo Valley Tours – 8 Days
Day 1: Addis – Arbaminch
At 7:30am flight ET171 will take you on 80-minute flight to Arbaminch. Our convoy will welcome you from the airport and after checking in, you will go visit the Dorze villages then in Late.

Day 2: ArbaMinch – Turmi
After breakfast you will take a boat trip in Lake Lake Chamo, to visit the crocodile market, also you will see hippos and different kinds of bird’s late drive to Turmi then you will have a chance of seeing the Konso village, one of the UNESCO sites in Ethiopia know by their terracing. Proceed to the Bana village. Then proceed to the Turmi where the Hamer people live. Witness the bull jumping sport.

Day 3: Turmi – Jinka
This day we will visit the Hamer tribes and possible bull jumping then After lunch we will be driving to the town of Jinka continue to the Ari people, the largest population in the lower Omo valley. The women who wear skirts from the banana – like tree, called Enset are experts in pottery.

Day 4: Jinka – Kara
After breakfast we will drive to the Omo river bank to visit the Karo tribes also known as the Kara. They are known for body paint and the river bank by itself is a birth taking sean. We will drive back to Jinka and visit the South Omo Museum and Research Center.

Day 5: Jinka – Mago – Addis Ababa
Take a half day excursion to Mago National Park to visit the Mursi village. The Mursi are one of the exotic ethnic groups in Ethiopia. They live in very low huts made of hay. The women like to wear plates on their enormously stretched lower lips and ear lobes. Drive back to Jinka for lunch. Then take ET170 flight to Addis.
Day 6: Addis – Lalibela
At 11:35 ET120 will take us to Lalibela and after lunch in Lalibela you will visit the famous Bete Gyorgis church and Biete Medhani Alem including 6 other rock hewn churches.

Day 7: Lalibela – Addis
In this day early morning we will drive 40 km north of Lalibela to visit Yimrahane Christos and drive back to Lalibela Airport and take flight back to Addis Ababa.
Day 8: Addis City Tour
In this day your city tour will start at 9am and you will visit Mercato Market, Mount Entoto, National Museum of Ethiopia, Red Terror Martyrs Memorial Museum.
